I had a great Experience at this Dekra Location (8560 Holcomb bridge) due to Charlotte, the technician working. I had visited another location that morning and the technician stated he was having trouble hooking up to my vehicle. I then took it to Charlotte, who went up and above to try and help. She not only attempted several times, but found the problem, stabilized it, and was able to run my test. I highly recommend this location and will be solely coming here from now on.

My wife used this place a few weeks ago and there was a sign up saying they would return in a few minutes not at a time. She ended up waiting about 30 plus minutes. I went by there to see if I could get my emissions done today. I knew I might be cutting it close to closing. Instead of politely telling me you would be closing soon, the woman just waved and shook her head at me. I understand that you were about to close and I was too late but how about you go about that a different way.

Charlotte was my inspector and she is a 10/10. She was kind (even blew the leaves out of my hood) and was patient with all my questions. She even cracked a few jokes and made it an all around great experience! Highly recommend this location to anyone needing a test.

Fast and fabulous! We took both our cars here this month. It was fast and easy. Terrific customer service.

They should let customers know they close for lunch. The tech was very rude. I came on Saturday at noon for a test and the sign just said on lunch return in 1 hour. I dad to wait for 30 mins.
